FAQ
Please see below for some frequently asked questions we receive here at the lodge. If you cannot find your answer here, feel free to shoot us an email.
We’ll also be introducing a Stock Your Stay option in 2026, allowing guests to pre-order groceries and have them ready and waiting at the Lodge upon arrival.
The Lodge will be open when you arrive. If you are a new group to the Lodge our caretaker will meet you and go over everything.
Yes—absolutely! The lake is glacial-formed and spring-fed, making it a wonderful place to swim. The water is clear and blue, unlike the brown or brackish water often found in the Adirondacks. The beach offers a large, level sandy area, and the swimming area is sandy with little to no weeds. Water depth increases gradually to about 10 feet at the swimming platform, with an overall lake depth of approximately 60 feet.
Swimming and the use of watercraft or water toys are at the guest’s own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests are responsible for their own safety and for supervising children at all times.
